The Role:As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide classroom support to KS2 pupils, assisting in the delivery of engaging lessons.
- Collaborate with teachers to maintain a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Offer tailored support to individual pupils or small groups to help improve understanding and progress.
- Assist in tracking student progress and providing encouragement to help all children reach their potential.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably within KS2.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both pupils and staff.
- A patient, supportive, and positive approach to nurturing children's academic and emotional growth.
- A genuine passion for helping children develop a love of learning.
