Teaching Assistant - Role Overview:- Provide 1:1 support for a Year 3 pupil with complex needs and emotional regulation difficulties.
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored learning strategies.
- Help manage behaviour in a nurturing and structured way.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Previous experience working with children with complex needs and behavioural challenges.
- Strong behaviour management skills and a patient, compassionate approach.
- Ability to build trusting relationships and encourage progress.
- A valid Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one through Reeson Education.
