Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to children in KS1/KS2 across various subjects, with a focus on literacy and numeracy.
  • Assist in the preparation of learning resources and activities.
  • Support children with special educational needs (SEN)
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.
  • Support the class teacher with the delivery of lessons and activities.
  • Monitor and record pupil progress, providing feedback to the teacher.
  • Help maintain a safe and well-organised classroom environment.
