We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 3 Teaching Assistant to join a group of welcoming secondary schools in the Ealing area from May 2025. This is a full-time position offering hands-on classroom experience, with the potential to extend or become permanent for the right candidate.
The Role
As a Key Stage 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to provide vital academic and emotional support to students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with lesson preparation and delivery across a range of subjects
- Supporting students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting Key Stage 3 students
- Is proactive, enthusiastic, and passionate about helping students succeed
- Communicates well and thrives in a collaborative school setting
Requirements
To be considered for this Key Stage 3 Teaching Assistant role, you must:
- Be available to work full-time, five days per week
- Hold a degree or be in the process of completing one
- Commit to at least two terms
- Have an Enhanced DBS Disclosure (and Overseas Police Clearance, if applicable)
- Provide professional references and a CV covering the past 10 years (where possible)
- Have the legal right to work in the UK
