Key Stage 3 Teaching Assistant - Ealing - May 2025 Start

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 3 Teaching Assistant to join a group of welcoming secondary schools in the Ealing area from May 2025. This is a full-time position offering hands-on classroom experience, with the potential to extend or become permanent for the right candidate.

The Role

As a Key Stage 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to provide vital academic and emotional support to students. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with lesson preparation and delivery across a range of subjects
  • Supporting students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
  • Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience supporting Key Stage 3 students
  • Is proactive, enthusiastic, and passionate about helping students succeed
  • Communicates well and thrives in a collaborative school setting

Requirements

To be considered for this Key Stage 3 Teaching Assistant role, you must:

  • Be available to work full-time, five days per week
  • Hold a degree or be in the process of completing one
  • Commit to at least two terms
  • Have an Enhanced DBS Disclosure (and Overseas Police Clearance, if applicable)
  • Provide professional references and a CV covering the past 10 years (where possible)
  • Have the legal right to work in the UK
