About the Role:-
Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities

Supporting students with their learning, including those with special educational needs (SEN)

Helping to manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive learning environment

Providing one-to-one and small group support as needed

Passionate about working with children and supporting their development

Willing to learn and grow in an educational setting

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Previous experience with children (formal or informal) is beneficial but not essential
