About the Role:- Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
- Assisting students with their learning, both one-to-one and in small groups
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting children with additional needs, including SEN
- Encouraging pupils’ confidence and social development
- A passion for working with children and education
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and develop within the role
- Previous experience with children (e.g., volunteering, childcare) is beneficial but not essential
- Full training and ongoing support
