Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with supporting students in the classroom, both individually and in groups.
- Help teachers prepare classroom materials and resources.
- Provide additional support to students who need extra help with tasks or understanding.
- Help maintain a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Monitor and track student progress and help provide feedback where required.
Ideal Candidate:
- A compassionate and positive approach with a passion for working with children.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Flexible and adaptable to varying classroom needs.
- No formal qualifications required; however, experience with children or in a classroom setting is desirable.
