A welcoming and vibrant primary school in the heart of Westminster is looking for a passionate and committed Year 4 Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. In this role, you'll work closely with the class teacher to help deliver engaging lessons across key subjects, including literacy, numeracy, and personal development. You'll also provide targeted support to small groups of students, helping them build essential skills while assisting with the daily running of the classroom.

What We're Looking For:- A strong understanding of primary education, with experience supporting students in literacy and numeracy.
- Previous experience working with primary-aged children, ideally in Year 4 or a similar year group.
- Confidence in assisting with academic activities and classroom management to create a positive learning environment.
- A relevant qualification in education or a related field (desirable).
- Availability for the full academic year, Monday to Friday.
- An enhanced DBS disclosure (or willingness to obtain one).
- Professional references and Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable).
