They also offer post-planning environmental advice and manage various environmental aspects such as air quality, noise, ecology, and flood risk.They are well respected and known in the industry, this is an excellent opportunity to enter a budding Ecology team on the front end of their growth curve in the Waterloo office.Your new roleYou will report to the Director of Ecology, becoming an integral part of the growing Ecology team at their Waterloo office. Support on the full lifecycle of Ecology projects across protected species surveys to habitat assessments and BNG studies. Duties will include…
- Manage and lead on Ecology projects
- Perform site visits for completion of surveys / assessments
- Report writing (with support initially if needed)
- Client liaising
- Mentoring and helping to grow the team in time
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in a UK based Ecology role - leading on projects (essential)
- Knowledge of relevant environmental legislation
- UK driving license
- Willingness to travel across the south east for site visits
