Development Accountant | Housing Association |

This is an excellent opportunity to join a London based Housing Association.

Key Responsibilities Include;

Preparing monthly financial reports to monitor development spending and grant income, and projected development costs compared to approved program totals

Reconciling monthly development monitoring reports to ledger balances

Reviewing development scheme appraisals and approve acquisition property appraisals comparing results to the Investment Framework criteria

Managing cash flow, banking and treasury aspects and review of bank reconciliations.

Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly corporate cash flows

Assisting in the preparation of Component Accounting records for completed development schemes and acquisition properties
