Our work includes managing development projects from concept through to completion, as well as a diverse range of development consultancy advice and services, including feasibility reports, financial viability assessments, land finding and agency, development strategies and procedures, development mentoring and training, Homes England and GLA compliance, and Shared Ownership sales, marketing and letting services.

Job Description
We are looking for a candidate to provide a supporting role across the full range of activity undertaken by our Development Consultancy Team. This includes:
•   Project Management: Support the development team throughout different RIBA stages, including securing planning permission to on-site delivery of new homes.Â
•   Risk Management: Ensure continual risk management for our Clients.Â
•   Financial Viability & Appraisals: Preparation of financial appraisals, scheme viability reports, risk maps, project programmes, and interpretation and management of project and programme cashflows.
•   Policies & Procedures: Support Clients by creating Development Procedures Â
•   Stakeholder Management: Maintain good relations with all external parties and foster relationships that enable the future growth of Red Loft.
•   Stakeholder Management: Write clear and concise reports for internal and external audiences. Make presentations to a variety of internal and external audiences.
•   Carry out other such duties as may be assigned by Directors, Partners and any other senior management team members as may be asked for.

About you
Requirement:
•   Educated to Honours degree level or equivalent (minimum 2:2)
•   Strong organisational skills, proactive and resourcefulÂ
•   Enthusiastic individual who is committed to continuous professional developmentÂ
•   A passion for the built environment and enhancing communities
•   Strong commercial awareness
•   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are critical in this role to build long lasting relationships with ClientsÂ
•   Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of team members, both internally and externally.
•   Strong analytical skillsÂ
•   Demonstrate a commitment to providing a high standard of Client care
•   Willing to work in the Red Loft Office a minimum of 3 days a week to learn from and collaborate with colleagues
•   Willing to travel to sites across London and the South East as required
•   Ability to meet deadlines and work with different Clients simultaneously
Desirable
•   An understanding of what is different about working for a consultancy rather than a housing organisation
•   A strong understanding of the affordable housing market and regulatory requirementsÂ
•   Full and clean driving license
•   RICS or RTPI accredited degree, with a desire to undertake your APC qualification for the RICS
