My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented Learning & Development Officer on a Contract basis.

The post holder will form part of the learning & development team who look after the Benefits and Homelessness Prevention service.

What's on offer:

  • Salary: 28+ per hour, inside IR35

*negotiable based on experience

About the role:

Based in Greater London (Hybrid):

  • Delivering training in person and designing courses to meet the needs of Benefits and Housing Needs
  • Work as part of a team and will be responsible for devising and creating training programmes
  • Manage and agree on priorities, being proactive in your approach to meet demands
  • Be proactive and highly organised in the delivery of training for staff at all levels

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role
  • CIPD qualified
  • Proven track record of designing course content to meet specific objectives
  • Local Authority experience is essential
