Project Analyst (Fixed Term Contract)

Are you ready to kickstart your career in project management? Our client is seeking a Project Analyst to join their Change Management Group (CMG) for a 1-year fixed-term contract. This entry-level role offers you the opportunity to work on complex projects that drive strategic initiatives across multiple regions.

Role Overview:
As a Project Analyst, you will support the Project Manager in ensuring project deliverables and milestones are tracked effectively. Your responsibilities will include documenting meeting outcomes, coordinating project governance, and facilitating the adoption of project frameworks. You will have the chance to engage with C-level sponsors and various corporate teams, gaining exposure to high-level project management practises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement governance standards by tracking and monitoring project deliverables.
  • Maintain a RAID log to track project-level risks and actions.
  • Organise and document workshops and meetings, ensuring that outcomes are recorded and communicated.
  • Update and administer project plans, utilising reports from Project Managers.
  • Manage communications from the project mailbox and prepare consolidated materials for monthly reviews.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing monthly portfolio-level reports.

What You Bring:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as banking and finance, science, or computer science, enhancing your analytical skills.
  • Experience in project coordination or administration (desired but not essential).
  • Familiarity with structured project management frameworks and tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills to balance key project priorities effectively.
  • A customer-centric approach, with the ability to manage stakeholder groups with diplomacy and assertiveness.
  • A detail-oriented, analytical mindset, demonstrating curiosity and a proactive attitude.
