C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant to a team of 2, at Partner level, for an established and high-performing corporate advisory firm. This is an exceptional opportunity to support a dynamic, fast-paced environment in the Technology sector. The firm is renowned for its corporate finance advice, offering a competitive salary, hybrid working options, and a truly collaborative team culture.All about the role and company you would be working for!Position:Executive Assistant to 2 Partners/MDs and their wider team in a fast-paced, high-stakes corporate advisory setting.Salary:£60-£65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)Hybrid set up:Hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.What they do:An advisory firm specialising in corporate finance.   • Manage complex and often conflicting schedules for 2 Partners/MDs, including arranging meetings, calls, and internal/external events• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and handling visa requirements, ensuring seamless travel experiences• Organise lunches, events, and meetings, selecting appropriate venues, managing guest lists, and overseeing all logistical details• Assist with high-priority projects, including coordinating documents for the New Business Committee• Handle sensitive and confidential matters with the utmost discretion and professionalism• Provide support for reception cover one week per month during lunch hours• Build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including client EAs• Ensure timely submission of expenses through the company’s system (Concur)• Occasionally provide out-of-hours support as required
