Leading US law firm is seeking a new Legal PA to work for their Private Equity and Private Funds team. This Legal PA role will be supporting Senior Partners and Associates.

  • Up to £54,000 experience dependent
  • 9:30am – 5:30pm
  • Hybrid working (3 days in office / 2 days remote)

Legal PA Key Responsibilities:

  • Extensive diary management (proactively and accurately monitor/oversee inboxes, calendars, diaries and travel)
  • Managing communications including prompt answering of phones, taking accurate messages, responding to emails and queries
  • Legal document preparation
  • All time entry/billing/conflicts check preparation for the team on a daily basis
  • Strong gatekeeping of Partner’s time
  • Marketing and business development duties to aid a growing practice
  • Demonstrate confidentiality, diplomacy and a thorough understanding of the group and clients who you support

Legal PA Key Skills & Responsibilities:

  • At least 8 years’ Legal PA experience within a Corporate department at Partner level
  • US or high-ranking City law firm experience is beneficial
  • Strong sense of initiative & analytical attitude
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
