Leading US law firm is seeking a new Legal PA to work for their Private Equity and Private Funds team. This Legal PA role will be supporting Senior Partners and Associates.
- Up to £54,000 experience dependent
- 9:30am – 5:30pm
- Hybrid working (3 days in office / 2 days remote)
Legal PA Key Responsibilities:
- Extensive diary management (proactively and accurately monitor/oversee inboxes, calendars, diaries and travel)
- Managing communications including prompt answering of phones, taking accurate messages, responding to emails and queries
- Legal document preparation
- All time entry/billing/conflicts check preparation for the team on a daily basis
- Strong gatekeeping of Partner’s time
- Marketing and business development duties to aid a growing practice
- Demonstrate confidentiality, diplomacy and a thorough understanding of the group and clients who you support
Legal PA Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- At least 8 years’ Legal PA experience within a Corporate department at Partner level
- US or high-ranking City law firm experience is beneficial
- Strong sense of initiative & analytical attitude
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
