Cutting edge travel technology company are looking for a Product Support Specialist to work closely with Travel Consultants in making the very best use of their tailor-made travel booking platform. Salary circa 45K. London-based.Product Support Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of professional assistance to Travel Consultants, providing help with platform functionality.
  • Identification and resolution of technical issues that may arise.
  • Spend physical time with partner travel companies across London provide on-site support, conduction of training sessions, and building strong relationships.
  • Develop an intricate understanding of the platform and help with the conceptualisation of system advancements
  • Collaboration with Technical Product Managers to relay feedback and insight, and any issues
  • Create training material and conduction of workshops to help Travel Consultants maximize the best use of the platforms

Product Support Specialist Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a similar position in the SAAS or Travel Sector
  • Strong technical aptitude able to learn new software and technology. Familiarity with travel booking platforms and/or CRM systems is a big plus
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to travel around London to work at various travel companies
