My client are a housing developer based in Fulham - they are currently looking to strengthen their Sales Team with a Sales Administrator
The ideal candidate would have experience working as a Sales Administrator or Sales Progressor for a developer or an Estate Agent
Day to day duties:
- Preparing paperwork to send to solicitors and directors
- Providing administration support to the sales and finance teams
- Raising paperwork for a sales to send to agents and sales teams
- Dealing with PO's & invoices
- Updating invoicing spreading sheet
- Producing administration reports for board meetings
The following skills will also need to be demonstrated on your employment profile:
- Good use of Excel
- Proficient Power Point use
- Numeracy Skills
- Diary Management
