Sales Administrator - Luxury Property Services Company

Next Chapter Talent is partnering with a prestigious boutique property services company based in a leafy part of SW London, who are expanding their dynamic team. They are seeking a highly service-driven Sales Administrator to contribute to their growth and success. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant, supportive, and family-oriented team, where strong, genuine working relationships are at the heart of everything they do.

As the Sales Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting various aspects of the business. Your contributions will be essential in delivering top-tier service while ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional service to visitors and clients.
  • Manage property records in the company database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Create engaging marketing materials, including property brochures, window cards, magazine adverts, email campaigns, and direct mailers.
  • Coordinate and upload photos, floorplans, and EPCs to the database.
  • Register applicants and manage their details efficiently within the system.
  • Maintain and update property listings across various online portals.
  • Prepare and send official documents, such as terms of business, offer letters, and memorandums of sale.
  • Compile reports for weekly and monthly meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to the Area Director.
  • Handle branch enquiries and manage the branch’s diary.
  • Assist with phone and email inquiries, ensuring high standards of customer service at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in property sales support is essential.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.
  • A customer-first mindset with exceptional communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
