The role:
Our client, a leading property organisation, is seeking a proactive and organised Property Administrator to support their Director and a team of fee earners. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth running of their Property Administration Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle enquiries and calls from buyers and sellers.
- Prepare instruction letters, terms of engagement, and other client correspondence.
- Manage new instruction files and bidder registrations.
- Generate invoices and maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Liaise with solicitors to follow up on legal pack submissions and address delays.
- Ensure high-quality control of property images and portal settings.
- Coordinate with suppliers and printers for property catalogue production.
- Provide administrative support during pre- and post-sale processes.
- Assist with anti-money laundering (AML) compliance tasks.
Requirements:
- Exceptional Organisational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Self-Motivated & Independent: A proactive individual who can take initiative and manage responsibilities autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to represent the firm professionally and clearly to all stakeholders.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and quick to learn new software and systems as needed.
- Confidentiality & Integrity: A high level of discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
- Time & Task Management: Able to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
