The role:

Our client, a leading property organisation, is seeking a proactive and organised Property Administrator to support their Director and a team of fee earners. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth running of their Property Administration Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle enquiries and calls from buyers and sellers.
  • Prepare instruction letters, terms of engagement, and other client correspondence.
  • Manage new instruction files and bidder registrations.
  • Generate invoices and maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and reports.
  • Liaise with solicitors to follow up on legal pack submissions and address delays.
  • Ensure high-quality control of property images and portal settings.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and printers for property catalogue production.
  • Provide administrative support during pre- and post-sale processes.
  • Assist with anti-money laundering (AML) compliance tasks.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional Organisational Skills: Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Self-Motivated & Independent: A proactive individual who can take initiative and manage responsibilities autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to represent the firm professionally and clearly to all stakeholders.
