Are you an ambitious and passionate Business Studies Teacher ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dedicated Coordinator of Learning - Business to lead and develop our Business Studies department, inspiring students and staff alike.
About the Role:
As Coordinator of Learning - Business, you will:?? Lead the development of an engaging and forward-thinking Business Studies curriculum.?? Inspire and support a team of teachers to deliver high-quality lessons.?? Drive student achievement and engagement in Business subjects.?? Implement innovative teaching strategies and resources.?? Monitor student progress, ensuring all learners reach their full potential.?? Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance the department's success.
What We're Looking For:
? A qualified teacher (QTS/PGCE or equivalent) with experience in Business Studies.? A track record of delivering outstanding lessons and student outcomes.? Strong leadership and communication skills.? A commitment to fostering a love for business and enterprise among students.? The ability to motivate and develop staff members.
