Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for thought leadership, research, and content monetisation? Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking membership association, is looking for an exceptional Head of Insights to lead the charge in shaping the future of leadership development.

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll drive the creation and monetisation of high-quality content and research, positioning the organisation as a leading authority in its field. You’ll lead a high-performing team, foster strategic partnerships, and oversee Special Interest Groups (SIGs) to generate innovative solutions that influence leadership practices worldwide.

Key Objectives:

  • Develop and implement a revenue-generating content strategy to enhance financial sustainability.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing Insights Team.
  • Establish and manage Special Interest Groups to drive thought leadership and collaboration.
  • Maximise engagement by curating and disseminating high-quality content.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with academic institutions, policymakers, corporate leaders, and other key stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Expertise in public policy, economics, leadership studies, or related disciplines.
  • Proven track record in content strategy, research, and monetisation.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing high-performing teams.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to turn insights into revenue-generating products.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and editorial oversight.
