Duration: ASAP for 6 months

Salary: £67,995 per year

Location: London, UK (Hybrid, Tues-Thurs office, Mon & Fri remote)

About the Role:

As an Educational Content Strategist, you will be a key architect in designing and developing innovative learning experiences that transform how students approach complex STEM subjects. You will drive the creation of high-quality educational content, ensuring alignment with diverse international curricula and standards, and shaping the future of digital learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Content Development: Conceptualise and develop comprehensive educational content strategies for online learning platforms and digital tools, focusing on STEM subjects and exam preparation.
  • Curriculum Mastery: Deeply understand and apply various educational standards (CBSE, ICSE, NCERT, Cambridge, IB, IGCSE, etc.) to ensure content alignment and relevance.
  • Content Analysis & Optimisation: Conduct rigorous analysis of existing content, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Innovation & Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, develop, and refine cutting-edge learning resources that leverage emerging technologies, including LLMs and AI concepts.
  • Clear Communication & Content Excellence: Craft clear, concise, and engaging content that simplifies complex concepts, employing exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay at the forefront of digital learning trends and integrate innovative pedagogical approaches into content strategy.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in educational content strategy and development for digital learning environments.
  • A strong background in education, including teaching, professorship, learning consulting, or related roles.
  • Expert knowledge of STEM curricula and international educational standards.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible learning materials.
  • Strong analytically and critical thinking skills for content evaluation and optimisation.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for detail.
  • A passion for leveraging technology to enhance educational outcomes.
  • Familiarity with LLMs and AI concepts in relation to education.
