Graduate Academic Mentor – Person Specification
- Russell Group graduates needed – Specialisms in Maths, English, Science, Geography, History, MFL, Computer Science, or Psychology
- A 1st or 2:1 degree is essential
- Prior experience is welcomed but not required for this role
Graduate Academic Mentor – Job Specification
- Provide tailored support to ensure GCSE and A-Level students excel within your subject specialism
- Collaborate with a highly respected team at an inner-city, Ofsted-rated ‘Outstanding’ secondary school and sixth form college
- Support students with additional needs reach their targets
- Enhance your personal skills and professional CV by learning excellent teaching techniques
- Competitive pay between £500-£560 per week
- Progression opportunities – Enrol in the incentivised ‘train to teach’ scheme starting September 2025
- Work hours: 8:30am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday
- Full-time, long-term role
- Start date: September 2024
