Care Home Manager - Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum

We have a great opportunity for a Registered Care Home Manager looking for their next venture to manage our Nursing home Limetree Care Home in Tulse Hill, currently rated ‘GOOD’ by CQC.

Set in a bright modern building, just off the South Circular Road near Tulse Hill, Limetree is a spacious 92-bed care home arranged over 3 floors that celebrates diversity, equality and harmony. 

Our team and residents reflect the vibrant local community and provide kind, compassionate residential, nursing, dementia and end of life care, in a stimulating and homely environment.

If you are a Registered Manager with good business acumen, the passion to ensure excellent quality care every day and can develop strong and effective staff teams then we want to hear from you!

  • Salary: Up to £85,000 per annum
  • 45 hours a week from Monday – Sunday

About the role of Care Home Manager:

  • Previous experience as a Care Home Manager in a nursing home setting leading and developing strong teams
  • Nurse qualified with active PIN highly desirable but not essential
  • Passion and drive to always deliver ‘outstanding’ care
  • Sound knowledge of CQC Regulations and legislation
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills
  • Strong communication skills and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Sound business acumen and experience in managing budgets
