The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with active nursing registration, and extensive experience in quality and compliance within healthcare settings, ideally in nursing homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical operations and ensure the highest standards of patient care.
- Lead and manage the nursing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain clinical excellence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance service user outcomes.
- Address any issues related to clinical practice and patient safety.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse - RGN (active nursing PIN).
- Proven experience in a clinical leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of quality and compliance standards in healthcare.
