As the Care Home Manager, you would be responsible for 65 bedrooms arranged over multiple floors that offer nursing, residential, dementia, end of live and respite care. You would have an internal team including a Deputy, Administrator and Ancillary teams as well as the Regional Director and Regional team to support and work alongside you.
Previous experience as a Care Home Manager leading and developing strong teams
Nurse qualified with active PIN highly desirable but not essential
Passion and drive to always deliver 'outstanding' care
Sound knowledge of CQC Regulations and legislation
Excellent organisation and planning skills
Strong communication skills and relationship building with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Sound business acumen and experience in managing budgets
