Are you an experienced healthcare project manager with a passion for transforming primary care? We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Project Manager to lead the rollout of an enhanced scheme project across two boroughs, working collaboratively with Primary Care Networks (PCNs) and General Practice stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and deliver the implementation of an enhanced scheme project across two boroughs
  • Collaborate with PCNs and General Practice teams to align project objectives and timelines.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and engagement.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing risks and challenges to meet delivery targets.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management on key milestones.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing projects in a primary care or healthcare setting.
