Registered Manager

Location: North LondonSalary: £55,000 per annum + Yearly & CQC Bonus + Excellent BenefitsHours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

HCR is recruiting for a Registered Manager to join a prestigious care provider. With 90% of their homes rated "Good" by CQC across all 5 domains, they are committed to offering the highest standards of residential and dementia care. The ideal Registered Manager will have experience in elderly dementia care and a track record of maintaining excellent CQC ratings.

The home caters to the elderly with various care packages, including respite, dementia, and residential care. The ideal registered manager will have experience in achieving good CQC ratings and can support in turnaround management if needed.

Registered Manager Duties:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure safe, effective care
  • Protect residents from avoidable harm and abuse
  • Manage all aspects of risk for service users
  • Ensure proper medication management and documentation
  • Conduct quality and safety monitoring checks
  • Handle MCA assessments and DOLS applications
  • Promote and organise social activities

Registered Manager Requirements:

  • Must be a CQC Registered Manager
  • NVQ 5 in Health and Social Care Leadership or RMA equivalent
