Field Care Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Field Care supervisor to join our team, providing exceptional person-centred care. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of clients by ensuring their needs are met through high-quality care and support. The hours and days can be flexible and can include weekends and evenings depending on the business needs, this is an exciting opportunity to join a wonderful team.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Conducting support visits to clients and their care professionals to ensure high standards of care are maintained.
  • Organising and leading meetings with clients and their families to review service provision and address any needs.
  • Training new team members on equipment and care procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Conducting supervisory meetings with Care Assistants to provide support and ensure they are satisfied and effective in their roles.
  • Leading team meetings with Carers to share best practices and enhance care services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the care profession, particularly in domiciliary, home care, or complex care settings.
  • RFQ/NVQ Level 3 in Care or a recognised social/health care qualification, or the willingness to achieve this.
  • Strong understanding of person-centred care and its impact on quality of life.
  • Excellent people management and communication skills to support and coach a team of care professionals.
  • Clear understanding of confidentiality, safeguarding, and the responsibilities and risks associated with these areas.
  • Ability to promote a positive company culture and possess strong organisational skills.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to develop personally and promote the business.
  • Car driver with access to a car preferred; willingness to travel is advantageous but not essential.
