Healthcare Clinical is proud to partner with an innovative Jewish nursing facility situated in the heart of West London. We are seeking an experienced Unit Manager with a background in clinical management and excellent nursing home experience. The ideal Unit Manager must hold a valid NMC pin and demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of clinical practice.

This role is primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as needed to support the team and ensure safe and effective operations.

Unit Manager Duties Include:

  • Ensure high standards of care are maintained in the nursing unit.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided by the team.
  • Oversee medication administration and ensure compliance with guidelines.
  • Address complex clinical cases and make critical decisions when required.
  • Ensure the unit adheres to all regulatory and organisational standards.

Unit Manager Requirements:

  • The Unit Manager will be a registered nurse with an active NMC pin
