This home is run by a charity who have been providing older persons care for over 100 years.

Requirements:
- Experience working alongside a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of non-pharmacological interventions.
- Awareness of person centred care
- A good understanding of Dementia and SOVA
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
