Responsibilities:
- Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and fault diagnosis on BMS systems.
- Carry out system backups, firmware updates, and software patches as needed.
- Diagnose and resolve communication failures between BMS components, including controllers, sensors, and actuators.
- Adjust setpoints, schedules, and control strategies to enhance energy efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Assist in commissioning and re-commissioning of BMS-controlled systems.
Experience Required:
- Hands-on experience working with HVAC systems, lighting controls, and energy management systems.
- Strong understanding of BMS control systems, including Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, or similar platforms.
- Experience in fault finding, diagnostics, and rectification of BMS software and hardware issues.
- Ability to perform software upgrades, patches, and backups for BMS controllers.
