Commercial Maintenance Engineer (Static) - London - £45,000 - £53,000 pear year

?? Location: London (Large Office)?? Salary: £45,000 per year? Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Are you a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with critical building experience? Join a team of 7 engineers maintaining a large commercial office in London.

Key Responsibilities:

Planned & Reactive Maintenance - Maintain and repair electrical and mechanical systems.Critical Systems Maintenance - Work on essential services, including low voltage, high voltage, and backup power systems.Fault Finding & Repairs - Diagnose and fix electrical and mechanical faults efficiently.Building Services & Compliance - Ensure all systems, including BMS, lighting, and safety equipment, meet regulatory standards.Team Collaboration - Work closely with a skilled team to ensure smooth building operations.

Requirements:

? Level 3 Electrical Qualification (City & Guilds or NVQ) - Essential? 18th Edition Certification - Essential? Mechanical Qualification, Low Voltage, or High Voltage Experience - Preferred? Proven Experience in Critical Commercial Building Maintenance? Multi-skilled Knowledge (Plumbing, HVAC, Fabric Maintenance - Advantageous)? Strong Understanding of BMS and Emergency Power Systems
