Are you an experienced maintenance engineer with experience working in high-end luxury environments? This could be the opening for you! One of my in-house clients are on the lookout for a permanent shift maintenance engineer to oversee a portfolio of luxury high-end appartments in the heart of London.

Duties

  • PPMs across mechanical and electrical plant equipment
  • Reactive maintenance across the mechanical and electrical plant equipment
  • Responding to reactive call outs to guest rooms
  • De-scaling shower heads
  • Changing taps/sinks/toilets
  • Carpentry to fixtures, doors and furniture
  • Painting & decorating
  • Patch repairs
  • Emergency light testing
  • Fire alarm testing
  • Sprinkler tests
  • Basic plumbing
  • Fixing leaks
  • PAT testing

Requirements

  • City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in electrical or mechanical field
  • Experience maintaining high-end luxury hotel / appartment environment essential
  • City & Guilds 18th Edition (desirable)
  • Ability to work to a fast pace and ensure there is no backlog of works on-site

Package

  • 4 on 4 off days (7am to 7pm) - 12 hour shift
  • £45,500 per annum + £2.5k shift allowance
