As a Shift Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the site’s technical and mechanical systems. Your role includes:

  • Performing planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on electrical and/or mechanical systems.
  • Diagnosing and resolving reactive maintenance issues.
  • Managing HVAC, lighting, and plant system operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Collaborating within a professional and high-performing team to maintain an iconic site.

Requirements:

  • Qualified in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
  • 18th Edition certification or equivalent (for electrical candidates).
  • Proven experience in building services, ideally within high-profile commercial or cultural environments.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), and plant room operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and documentation.
