Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in building engineering or facilities management
  • Fully qualified electrical diploma (level 3) and 18th edition C&G
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems and maintenance
  • Professional approach and excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with high-end residential properties preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and monitor building systems and equipment
  • Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance PPMs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities: Plant rooms, distribution board panels, emergency lighting and other installation.
  • Support the delivery of exceptional service standards
