My client is looking for a Technical Warehouse Operative to join their team, this role can progress into management and/ or within a specialism for the right person. This role will suit someone who is technically minded and has some knowledge of the Automotive and/ or Telematic industry.

Duties:

  • Being responsible for technical configuration and testing of electronic hardware products
  • Supporting projects
  • Supporting customer orders
  • Configuration and Technical setup
  • Supporting projects
  • Product development via bench testing and commissioning systems
  • Internal testing for software bugs and hardware faults
  • Assisting managers to ensure that services and systems are operational
  • Accurately updating and inputting data onto databases and stock control systems
  • Providing technical assistance and logging
  • Completing support tickets
  • Creating wiring diagrams/schematics for engineering projects
  • Assembling wiring harnesses
  • Scheduling and booking engineering resources for projects
  • Testing faulty electronic devices
  • Assisting engineering activities both on and off site
