The role
You'll join a team that are committed to driving innovation within the built environment; and be mentored by a supportive Electrical Associate who wants to see you flourish. You'll have as much autonomy as you like; whilst also having support from a team of 8 electrical engineers.
You'll work on meaningful projects including listed buildings, low carbon universities, zero carbon commercial offices, all electric residential schemes, science and research projects and cultural buildings.
The company
This Building Services Consultancy has always gone above and beyond in terms of attracting, developing and retaining their employees. Their founding Directors remain visible and hands on and have grown to over 30 MEP Design Engineers in just three years, with a 95% staff retention rate.
They pay well, offer 8% pension (so that you get to keep all your salary) and have always offered hybrid working of two to three days a week from home.
About you
They are looking for an enthusiastic and inquisitive, Electrical Design Engineer. Someone who takes pride in their work, who can lead a project with limited supervision and wants to learn about all aspects of building services engineering, not just the electrical elements.
