Attention all Electrical Design Engineers!
Here at Blueprint Recruitment we have an exciting new opportunity for an Electrical Design Engineer to join an established electrical contractor delivering electrical design on a high-profile rail project. We are seeking someone with extensive experience and knowledge, to work in a contract position. The successful candidate will work on a hybrid basis, with three days a week in our clients office in Stratford.
Our client specialises in the commercial, industrial, rail, and residential sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
-Design electrical systems and layouts using CAD.
-Produce drawings, specifications, and reports.
-Work closely with engineers and project teams.
-Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
-Conduct site surveys and prepare documentation.
-Ensure designs meet industry standards and regulations.
-Support installation and commissioning stages.
Key Requirements:
-Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering (or similar).
-Proficiency with AutoCAD, Amtech, Dialux and MS Office package, Revit is a plus!
-Prior experience delivering electrical design on rail projects preferred.
-Strong communication and teamwork skills.
