Electrical Engineer

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our client on a prestigious commercial property in Liverpool Street. This is a great role to gain further experience on a high rise office block, for a high end client. In exchange, you will receive valuable experience, the opportunity to progress further within the organisation and additional training.To be successful in this role, you will need to be fully qualified in Electrical Installations (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent + 17th Edition minimum), at least 3 years experience prior in commercial maintenance as an electrical engineer and a client facing attitude.Electrical Engineer Duties:

• To identify, diagnose, and rectify faults, performing repairs, adjustments, and maintenance tasks as necessary.
• M&E Planned and Reactive maintenance - EML and Fire Alarm tests, AHU, FCU, minor Plumbing and Fabric maintenance, lighting & lamping repairs etc.
• Execute routine servicing, repair, and adjustment of machinery or equipment according to scheduled maintenance plans designated by the Engineering Supervisor/ BSM's.
• Employ a flexible approach to encompass additional skills or trades, prioritising cost-effective completion of all assigned tasks.
• Ensure optimal plant and equipment efficiency by meticulously adhering to prescribed requirements and instructions for each task.
• Fulfill any reasonable duties as assigned by the Building Services Manager or Engineering Supervisor.

Electrical Engineer Requirements:

• Fully qualified in Electrical Installations (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent + 17th Edition as a minimum)
• At least 3 years experience prior in similar roles
• Client facing attitude
• Apprentice trained & 18th Edition is highly desirable

Salary and Benefits:

• £45,000 - £48,000 per annum
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
