This is a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to join a client-side team of engineers on a static site in the heart of the City.

The ideal candidate will be Electrically qualified, with a basic understanding of plumbing, mechanical and building maintenance.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Undertake reactive maintenance, minor works and public health maintenance including blocked toilets.
- Investigation and rectification of hot & cold air conditioning complaints. Operation of the Building Management System (BMS), and Lighting Control System (LCS).
- Complete water treatment tasks in accordance with L8 utilising the water treatment logbooks.
- Carry out minor mechanical installations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant City & Guilds Electrical Qualifications (AM2 & LEVEL 3 ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS REQUIRED).
- Experience working within a commercial, client-facing environment.
- 5+ years of building services experience.
