We are looking for a Electrical Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Electrical Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Electrical Engineer, will be responsible for:
- Upgrading, installing systems and carrying out maintenance works, inspections and fault finding.
- Keeping the clients updated with any developments, recording all activities, remedial works, inspection logs etc.
- Carrying out electrical safety checks, PAT testing, planned and call out maintenance and repairs.
- Able to work to high levels of health and safety, understand and be able to work to building statutory requirements.
- Ensure regular monitoring and inspection procedures are carried out for all equipment as part of the preventative maintenance programme.
To be successful for this Electrical Engineer role you must have:
- The ideal candidate would have a background in facilities or mobile maintenance within the construction sector, or similar, and be qualified to either Level 2/3 City & Guilds 2330 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation and 17th or 18th edition.
- Full in depth, intrusive security checks to be completed for successful candidate
- Full, current, driving licence, be IT literate for record keeping.
- Have good customer service skills, be physically able to carry out the fuller duties detailed in the job description.
