We are looking for aElectrical Engineer who wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.
As theElectrical Engineer,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
TheElectrical Engineer,will be responsible for:
- Complete all necessary PPMs to SFG20 and reactive maintenance schedules within agreed timescales.
- Ensure all necessary work orders and paperwork are completed accurately and as required.
- Prioritise and completemaintenance and repair work to agreed timescales.
- Electrical testing and repairs of buildings and various other systems where required to do so across multiple sites.
- Work in accordance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Liaise with clients, customers and other contractors as needed.
- Provide technical advice andsupport to other team member.
- To carry out permits and inductions where required.
- Keep accurate up to date records of allmaintenance activities, inventory, and spare parts.
- Report any issues orrecommendations to the supervisor or manager.
- Inspect, maintain, and repair Electrical systems
- Update job records electronically to enable live reporting.
To be successful for thisElectrical Engineerrole you must have:
- NVQ/SVQ Level 3 inElectrical Installation or equivalent.
- City and Guilds WiringRegulations BS7671:2018 plus amendments.
- Level 3 Award in WiringRegulations BS7671:2018 plus amendments, QSHE LV Awareness and suitable appointment.
- Experience inelectrical maintenance and/or installation work.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to different sites.
- NVQ 3 of City and Guilds 236 Part 2, Minimum of 3-year post qualification experience in a similar environment.
- LV AP desirable, Knowledge of commercial requirements of contract.
- Knowledge of all requirements for administration of service excellence.
- Good verbal and written and communication and basic IT skills.
- Willingness to undertake non-electrical related tasks as required to support the wider team (subject to any safety training required).
