The below job description will outline this position of a Assistant Electrical Engineer. As an Electrical Engineer you will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational efficiency of our vessels, directly impacting passenger satisfaction. You will assist in ensuring that electrical systems are well-maintained and functioning, contributing to the smooth running of operations. Typically, this person will:
Assist the on-duty Electrical and Senior Electrical Engineers with daily maintenance and servicing of electrical systems on board vessels and within engineering facilities.

Duties and responsibilities of the Assistant Electrical Engineer / Electrical Engineer:

Log/report faults, works and repairs.
Maintain a safe and professional working environment tools and electrical equipment.
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Support the team in carrying out planned and emergency maintenance.

Qualifications and requirement Assistant Electrical Engineer / Electrical Engineer:

Must be Ideally, a qualified electrician or electrical engineer.
17th Edition compliant or equivalent qualifications preferred.
Experience with 12V, 24V, 415V 3-phase systems is desirable, but not essential.
Willingness to undergo training on our systems.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, either starting at 6am or 6pm.
Must be able to work in London.
