The below job description will outline this position of a Assistant Electrical Engineer. As an Electrical Engineer you will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational efficiency of our vessels, directly impacting passenger satisfaction. You will assist in ensuring that electrical systems are well-maintained and functioning, contributing to the smooth running of operations. Typically, this person will:
Assist the on-duty Electrical and Senior Electrical Engineers with daily maintenance and servicing of electrical systems on board vessels and within engineering facilities.

Duties and responsibilities of the Assistant Electrical Engineer / Electrical Engineer:
- Log/report faults, works and repairs.
- Maintain a safe and professional working environment tools and electrical equipment.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Support the team in carrying out planned and emergency maintenance.
Qualifications and requirement Assistant Electrical Engineer / Electrical Engineer:
- Must be Ideally, a qualified electrician or electrical engineer.
- 17th Edition compliant or equivalent qualifications preferred.
- Experience with 12V, 24V, 415V 3-phase systems is desirable, but not essential.
- Willingness to undergo training on our systems.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, either starting at 6am or 6pm.
- Must be able to work in London.
