We have a fantastic role for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our client's team on a fantastic site in West London! You'll be joining a tight knit team, work for a highly reputable building service provider, gain valuable career experience and receive the necessary opportunities to progress internally. For this role, your travel will also be covered!
As an Electrical Engineer, you will actively troubleshoot and fault find on mechanical systems, work on electrical systems, ensure all statutory compliance is adhered to, respond to client needs and carry out general building maintenance. This is a static role following a fixed schedule of Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
Electrical Engineer Duties:

PPMs & Reactive maintenance

Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, maintaining the BMS

Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.

Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.

Organising subcontractors
-
Reports
-
Liaising with client representatives in respect of corrective repair works.

Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary.
Electrical Engineer Requirements:

City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations

17th or 18th Edition

Client Facing with great communication skills

Building Services Maintenance experience

Salary and Package:

Up to £45,000 per annum
