A fantastic opportunity exists for an Electrical Engineer to join a client direct maintenance team near Blackfriars.
The role offers a salary of £46,000 per annum along with a generous benefits package, including a pension scheme of up to 15% and private health care.
Candidates must be fully qualified in Electrical Installations/Engineering and have at least 3 years of experience in commercial maintenance.
The position is static, with a fixed schedule of Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, and includes responsibilities such as planned preventive maintenance and compliance adherence.

We have a fantastic role for an Electrical Engineer to join our client's in-house maintenance team, on a fantastic, state of the art property based near Blackfriars. This is a client direct role, where you'll receive a generous package, including a pension scheme of up to 15%, private health / dental care, additional training and other benefits! This is a static role, following a fixed schedule of Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the planned preventive and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems on site, daily plant room and boiler room walk arounds, landlord area maintenance, logbooks updates and ensure all compliance is adhered to.To be successful in this role, you will have to be fully qualified in Electrical Installations / Engineering (C&G, EAL, NVQ or equivalent), at least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance, live within commutable distance to site and communicate well.Electrical Engineer Duties:

PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
Electrical Fault-Finding
Single & Three Phase Power
Emergency Lighting
Fire Alarms
BMS Operation
AHUs
FCUs
Generators
VAV/VRFs
Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
Cooling Towers
Pumps & Motors
Site Folders, E-logbooks, Managing Contractors, Audits, Quotations

Electrical Engineer Requirements:

Fully qualified in Electrical Installations / Engineering (C&G, EAL, NVQ or equivalent)
At least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance
Live within commutable distance to site
Great communication skills
Apprentice trained - Desirable, not essential
