We are seeking an Electrical Engineer for a static position in London with a major FM provider.
The role involves electrical and building maintenance, including PPM servicing, fault-finding, and reactive breakdown repairs.
Candidates must have the 18th Edition and NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, with relevant experience.
The salary for this position is up to £47,000, along with annual leave, bank holidays, and a pension.

We are looking an Electrical Engineer to join a key contract for a major FM provider. This is a static position in London working on a Office Building.

Responsibilities for the Electrical Engineer

Electrical and building maintenance works including
PPM servicing, fault-finding and reactive breakdown repairs to electrical building services systems
lighting/emergency lighting, lamp/ballast/socket repairs and alarms.
Additionally doing minor installation work and will be comfortable engaging with stakeholders providing them fault diagnostics where necessary.

Requirements for Electrical Engineer

* 18th Edition
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
