Our Building Services division is at the forefront of providing comprehensive Facilities Management across the UK. We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch mechanical and electrical engineering support, alongside a suite of services including cleaning, catering, and grounds maintenance, all managed through cutting-edge technological solutions.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Undertake servicing of the Electrical Infrastructure and perform breakdown maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
  • Conduct subcontractor inductions and manage work assignments.
  • Take ownership of tasks requested by the Site Manager, driving them to completion.
  • Respond to reactive calls within the contractual Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Complete Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and meticulously update eLogbook with detailed task information.
  • Gain Authorised Person (AP) status for your site(s) as required.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of all plant and systems on site.
  • Communicate effectively with the Site Manager, including the completion of event reports and daily updates when necessary.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date logbooks and records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Completion of a recognised apprenticeship.
  • City & Guilds NVQ level 3 minimum in Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience with Simmtronic lighting systems.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships.
  • Knowledge of control systems and HVAC systems.
  • IOSH Working Safely certification as a minimum.
  • Confined Space Training certification.
